Returns Policy

General Returns Information

At Angelic Weddings (herein referred to as us, our(s), I or we) we stand behind our products 100% and offer a 7 day cooling off period, if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase to request a refund, NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OR A RETURNS AUTHORISATION CODE (RAC).  

Please inspect all items the moment they arrive.  Returns are only accepted within 21 days of the dispatch date, and returned by Recorded Delivery, and at the cost of the buyer (you).

What if my items arrive damaged?

We inspect every product prior to dispatch, and only dispatch items in perfect condition.  We will not accept responsibility for products damaged in transit by the courier, the buyer (you) will need to notify us of any damages so we may pursue a claim with the courier, a replacement product will be sent to you if the item is in stock, if not a full refund will be applied excluding all post and packaging costs.  We will request a photograph of the damage.  Please retain all packaging to assist if we need to make a claim against the courier.

The product isn’t suitable, can I return it?

Yes.  If you have ordered the product and it isn't suitable, we will accept the unopened and undamaged product returned to store, where a refund will be actioned once received, minus the post and packing fees, the item(s) must be in perfect condition and re-sellable when it is returned, if the returned item is not in perfect condition, we reserve the right to charge a re-packaging fee of 20%.  

Can I return personalised items?

No.  We will not accept returns for personalised items*, edible items, candles, clothing or jewellery.  Your statutory rights are not affected.
*If we have made a mistake with the personalisation, returns will be accepted and a replacement ordered.
How do I initiate the return of an item?

Please send en email to returns@angelicweddings.co.uk.  You must provide the following information:

  • your original order number
  • the name provided on the original order
  • the original billing address and delivery address
  • full details of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason you want to return them

After receiving your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation Code (RAC).

Where should I return the product to?

Please return items to: Angelic Weddings: 100 Longhill Road, Dromore, County Tyrone BT78 3JY

Returns must be repackaged in the original shipping carton including all packing materials and contents.  IMPORTANT: You must return your items to the address above.  Items delivered to the wrong address and/or lost packages will not be refunded, so please address your return package very carefully.  IMPORTANT:  The RAC MUST be attached to the outside of the returns package, if we cannot see the RAC upon return to store, we will refuse delivery.  Please ensure you add your own address to the outer packaging.

All returned items must be received within 14 business days of issuing you with a RAC.  Any packages returned without the RAC, or returned more than 14 days after the RAC was issued, will not be accepted.  Unaccepted items will be returned to you, the sender and another RAC will have to be issued.  Return shipping costs are not refundable.

We advise you to return items by a method that requires a signature upon delivery; such as Recorded Delivery, this will minimise the risk of the returned item not being returned safely to store and will also give you proof of delivery, we accept no liability or responsibility for returned items lost in transit.

How long will it take before I receive a refund?

All returns must have a Return Authorisation Code (RAC); this will avoid unnecessary delays in processing your refund.  We endeavour to process all returns within 3 days of receiving the item back to store.  We will send an email confirming the refund amount, please ensure the email address you provide is valid.  The length of time the process of the refund takes is dependant on your owns banks processing times, therefore please allow up to 21 days to receive your refund.



Note: Angelic Weddings is referred to as us, our(s), I or we within this Returns Policy.  We reserve the right to add, amend, change or remove information detailed within the Returns Policy without giving prior notice; please check this page periodically to ensure you are familiar with those changes.  This Returns Policy is effective from 1st January 2011.
