Delivery Information

How long before I can expect delivery of my order?

Angelic Weddings (herein referred to as us, our(s), I or we) aim to dispatch all orders within 14 working days but occasionally dispatch may take a little longer, normally due to item personalisation, we GUARANTEE to dispatch your order within 21 working days or we will refund your postage.  If the item(s) you ordered is in stock, dispatch will occur within 7 working days.  We obtain proof of delivery for all dispatched items.

How much will you charge me for delivery to the UK?

Delivery is worked out by product weight and is totalled up at the checkout.  Below is a guide to our UK Delivery prices:

I need my order dispatched urgently, is this possible?

Please contact us prior to ordering to check stock availability.  If the item(s) you require is in stock, we will weigh the item(s) and advise you of the services available and the exact costing.  If you decide to take one of the options available, we will ask you to place your order online, make your payment using our secure online processing centre, and then a member of our Customer Services Team will contact you and take your additional postage payment over the phone.  Note: Personalised orders cannot be dispatched any sooner than stated in the listing.

When do you deliver?

Delivery usually takes place between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday and we are currently unable to accept specific requests for times or days.  Please note that all deliveries require a signature upon delivery, no exceptions.

What if I am not home when you attempt to deliver my order? 

Orders are dispatched by either 1st Class Recorded Delivery or Parcelforce48, both services require a signature upon delivery.  If you know you will not be available to sign for your order during the hours of 9am and 5pm we recommend that you request delivery to your work address or an address where you know someone will be in to sign for the parcel.  If you are not in when Royal Mail or Parcelforce attempt to deliver your order, they will put a card through your door advising you that they have either left the order at your nearest Post Office or taken it back to the delivery depot, whichever is nearest your house. You then have the option of calling them to arrange a re-delivery or collect the parcel in person.

What do I do if my order hasn't turned up and you've dispatched it?

Our delivery services are fully guaranteed and can be tracked online.  In the unlikely event your order does not arrive with you within 7 days of dispatch, please contact us and we will provide you with a tracking number to assist in locating your parcel.  Royal Mail and Parcelforce do not class an item as lost until 21 working days have passed.  Before contacting us, please check that your local delivery office haven't got the parcel or that a neighbour or friend hasn't got it and forgotten to tell you!   Please email: orders@angelicweddings.co.uk, you must provide your original order number, date of order and your name, address and postcode where the parcel was sent to, without this information we will not be able to locate your order.

Can I get items sent to multiple addresses?

Yes.  If you would like items posted to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address.  Separate delivery charges will be applicable for each address.

When will my International order be delivered?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 14 working days but occasionally dispatch may take a little longer, normally due to item personalisation, we GUARANTEE to dispatch your order within 21 working days or we will refund your postage.  If the item(s) you ordered is in stock, dispatch will occur within 7 working days.  We obtain proof of delivery for all dispatched items.  International delivery varies from Country to Country, normally around 14-21 days, however please check with your own postal service for more information.
